In part 5 of the full repair and exterior respray of this MK1 GT Ford Cortina I will continue on with the job and finish the prep work on the body of the car then mask and begin painting, I will be using the brand new DeVilbiss GPI 1.4mm with the GP1 air cap, I was immediately very impressed with how well it sprays basecoat, watch the video below for a close look and lots of technical info including gun settings, paint mixtures and much more.
