In part 10 of the LH Torana I will be spraying the matte clear, I went through the entire process of how to mix and match the matte clear in the first episode so if you missed it go to my website through the link below and you will find the entire project there including all videos plus blogs, I am using a mixture of 75% Cromax AU175 flattening binder and 25% Duxone Plus MS clear.
I am using my DeVilbiss GTI Pro lite with the TE20 air cap and a 1.3mm fluid tip, this gun and same setup just took out my number 1 spot in my top 10 spray guns.

You’ve inspired me to move from Smart Repair to more adventurous bodywork and spraying. I really enjoy your vids and I Hope the move to Thailand went well. You show great detail in all aspects of your work, vital to people like me however, I’ve not seen any of your vids showing the taking apart process-removing door handles and trim panels etc. Classic cars are fairly simple but modern motors look complex and easy to damage. Any plans to show this part of the job?
Keep up the great work!
Thanks mate, I guess I haven’t included that kind of thing cos I don’t really have the passion for it ass I do the paint stage and to be honest I just look at them and figure it out as I go because I mainly do the paint side as all that stuff is usually done by the panel beater. I am sure the opportunity will arise soon enough again though so stay tuned.

Means a lot
