VL Walkinshaw Scoop

in Part 8 of my VL Turbo project I will be using fiberglass and body filler to mold the scoop flush with the bonnet (hood), I will include all info on the best methods to mold a fiberglass scoop to a steel bonnet, I believe it looks better than having a gap and I know I never would have been happy with the end result if I didn’t do this method, end result looks great and it’s something that most people don’t take the time to do so it’s also unique, when I did fit the scoop prior to using the fiberglass matting and resin there was a big gap at the front, the best way to deal with this is to leave it and just bridge the gap because this way there is no pressure on it that could let go when you go over a bump when driving.
