I just got my Devilbiss gti pro lite after much research and the gunman vids are the best, i went with the 1.2 1.3 needle option, with T110 air cap as i do alot of ag machinery which has lots of nooks, and bonnets and gaurds pretty much need a flat off the gun finish. Cheers for all the advice.

Gunman is the best painting resource online. Helped me get motivated to do a full respray at home. Lots of work but worth it. Also know after borrowing one that SATAs are too fast for me.

Love your videos and reviews. You have helped me tremendously to better hone my skills. I already have a pro lite for clear but using my bosses Sata 4000 for base. Only thing missing for me to advance my career is another gun of my own to really get out and make money and make cars look great.

Earlier this year I was finally able to purchase a gti pro lite but wasn’t able to get a gunman edition which would have been the cherry on top but was able to get one of his spray suits. This gun would be awesome to own.

I am getting ready to respray my first car, its just a Vp commodore but only have a cheap gun with a 1.8 tip for primer. Im waiting to have the funds to buy the Flg5 from all of your reviews of it, But thought I’d have a crack at this first.

I’m impressed with gloss finish you get. I have a 1969 Mustang fastback and I took your advice and painted it with a Devilbiss Gti Pro 1.3 with TE20. PPG / Shopline JAU direct gloss acrylic Urethane, Candy Apple Red. Gti pros are amazing! Love the fan and atomization. Really had to be careful not to get ripped off by eBay and there communist copycat Devilbiss guns.

I’m teaching myself to paint cars. I am new painting cars but really enjoy it. I feel I could do a better job if I had better equipment, but with a limited budget I cannot afford quality spray guns. This gun would definitely help me learn this exciting craft!

Btw when you are comparing gti to supernova, do you feel the “i” pattern on supernova over the “o” oval pattern on gti is the technology and method used for supernovas flatter finish? I know the newer satas have both these options, if possible a video testing and comparing these “I” and “o” on data would be great and educational in understanding this spraying tech.

Getting ready to paint my first car its just a Vp commodore. But I’ve only got a cheap gun with a 1.8 tip for primer and im just waiting for funds to buy the flg5 because you recommend it and I’ve watched all your videos of it.

For someone who didn’t paint and then stumbling across your Chanel by chance a fare time ago, you have motivated me to try painting some shit. Started with just the spray cans and then slowly moved into spray gun when I could afford it. Always come back to The Gunman when that notification pops up. My favorite are the red pro-lite and the blue pro. They should do a carbon fiber or graphite gun… I’m a sucker for carbon fiber or graphite. 😉

I’m an amateur in the (very slow) process of restoring a couple of old Valiant’s, so appreciate your honest opinion, advice and tips on youtube. I started off with an old suction feed JGA 700 and bought a GFG 670 plus a couple of years back when it was on special but haven’t had an opportunity to try it out as yet.

that has a very uniform spray pattern fan of 220mm to 250mm that I can produce glass smooth top coats with (i.e. no orange peel).

For the last two years been rebuilding a Ba Ford Fairmont.
After many months of body prep i am almost ready to paint.
I`ve never used a spray gun before, and can`t wait to begin.
Having viewed many of your videos on your opinions of various spray guns.
I have concluded that this GTI Pro would give a rewarding result.
Due to losing my job (due to covid-19) (worked in Tourism) this gun is now out of my reach.
Having put my heart and soul into rebuilding this car i am not sure where to go from here. At least till i find more employment.
The last thing i want to do is end up getting a cheap spray gun and ruining all the hard, hard work i have put into this car.

Hi Gunny- I would love this gun (blue GTI Pro)with the T110 air cap as I am mostly a garage painter now. Found a used Tekna Prolite after watching many of your videos-blows away the FLG 4 I have also. The GTI Pro with that T110 cap would be my perfect dedicated clear gun!

Restoring a 57 chevy Belair, thats almost rust free after 2 years of rust welding.
Next step is to put everything together and make it line up.
Your channel is great way to learn tips and trick before its time to paint the car my self.
Havent done a complete restoration before so everything is new to me and I will try to make everything my self from sheet metal work to paint and interior.
Bought a new sewing machine for leather but I havent bought a spraygun yet.
So I really hope that I get a chance to win this gun.
